Geomagnetic activity observed for the Australian Region was quiet throughout the period. Australian Ionospheric F2 critical frequencies were near predicted to 25 per cent enhanced on 15th and 18th; near predicted to 40 per cent enhanced on 16th; near predicted on 17th; near predicted to 15 per cent enhanced on 19th and 20th; and near predicted to 20 per cent enhanced on 21st. Forecast for 22nd to 28th May. Solar activity should see very low conditions expected for the next forecast week, as the visible solar disc remains spotless and with no returning regions. Geomagnetic activity expects quiet to unsettled conditions, with no recurrent coronal hole activity. Frequencies should be near predicted monthly values.
